Welcome to SkillBee, a platform offered by 4KF INTEGRO PVT LTD ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the SkillBee website skillbee global ,  or any services provided by Integro through SkillBee (collectively, "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy , which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

• Tech Skills and Soft Skills Training
• Employability Training
• Interview Readiness
• Placement Assistance

The Services may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or guidelines, which will be communicated to you at the time of registration or use.

4.Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of others.
• Disrupting or interfering with the security or performance of the Services.
• Uploading or transmitting harmful or malicious content.
• Using the Services for fraudulent or misleading purposes.

7.1 Pricing

• The pricing for various courses and programs offered through SkillBee is as displayed on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. However, any changes will not affect existing bookings

• Payments for Services must be made using the methods specified on the website. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and conditions set forth by SkillBee.

7.3 Billing Information

• You must provide accurate billing information when making a purchase. Inaccurate or incomplete billing details may result in delays or errors in processing your order.

8.CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to cancelling your enrolment and obtaining a refund. Key points include:

8.1 Cancellation by User

• Cancellation requests must be made within 2 days of enrolment for a full refund.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 2-days period unless specified otherwise in specific course terms.

8.2 Cancellation by Integro

• Integro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.

8.3 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval and will be issued using the original payment method.
  
  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Integro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

11.Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Arbitration

In the event of any disputes arising from these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve them amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will take place in Chennai, India, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

12.Termination

Integro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13.Modifications to Terms

Integro may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
