A) SkillBee Global Online Courses Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing SkillBee Global for your online learning needs. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Non-Refundable Policy:

      All online courses offered by SkillBee Global are non-refundable once the course has been accessed using the provided login credentials. This policy
is in place because the course fees include third-party services and government service taxes (GST), which are non-recoverable.

2. Course Access:

     Upon subscription, students will have access to the course for a duration of 365 days from the date of subscription. This allows students to learn at their own pace, anytime, and from anywhere, 24/7.

3. Support for Access Issues:

    In the event of a loss of access to the course, our support team is dedicated to helping students regain access as quickly as possible. If the resolution process takes an extended period, we will extend the course access beyond the initial 365 days to compensate for the lost time.

B) SkillBee Global Offline Courses Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing SkillBee Global for your professional and educational training needs. Please review our detailed cancellation policy for offline courses below:

1. Course Delivery:

    Offline courses are conducted in person by our expert faculties at designated educational institutions or corporate meeting venues.

2. Advance Payment:

    A partial course fee is collected in advance to facilitate suitable arrangements for the course delivery. This includes costs associated with deliverables,        faculties, venue rentals, and food arrangements.

3. Cancellation Policy:

    General Refund Policy: Due to the advance preparations and expenses incurred by SkillBee Global, course cancellations will only qualify for a partial          refund. The refund amount is calculated based on the timing of the cancellation and the actual costs incurred up to that point.

    Timing of Cancellation:

♣ More than 30 days before the course start date: 75% of the advance fee will be refunded.

♣ 15-30 days before the course start date: 50% of the advance fee will be refunded.

♣ Less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund will be provided.

4. Rescheduling Policy:

      Instead of cancelling the program, clients have the option to reschedule the course to a later or earlier date, subject to availability. This provides                 flexibility and ensures that the arrangements made can still be utilized.
