About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced M&A Specialist to assist with company evaluations and acquisitions for business expansion in both the US and India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of all aspects of business evaluations, mergers, and acquisitions. This role is suited for someone from a premier management institution, possessing a strategic business acumen, technical proficiency, and exceptional leadership skills. Salary is highly competitive and will be commensurate with experience, in INR with USD-equivalent compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive business evaluations for potential acquisition and expansion opportunities in the US and Indian markets.
Lead and execute the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration planning.
Develop strategic business and financial plans, forecasting, and modeling to assess acquisition targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on M&A strategy, execution, and integration.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive management, clearly outlining recommendations and insights.
Engage with senior stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating strategies and objectives.
Requirements:

Experience: 10-15 years in mergers and acquisitions, with a proven track record in business evaluations and strategy development.
Educational Background: MBA or equivalent from a premier management institution.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and strategic planning.
Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to diverse industries, both in the US and India.
Multi-skilled, with a strong grasp of both technical and soft skills.
Proven ability to lead projects and teams, managing multiple M&A processes simultaneously.
Compensation:
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate, with payments in INR comparable to US Dollar payouts.
