Job Title: Freelance Business Development Associate (BDA)

About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Associates (BDAs). This is a freelance opportunity where you will promote SkillBee’s training modules and other products. BDAs will be provided with comprehensive training and marketing tools to ensure success. The role is commission-based with the potential for conversion to a full-time employee based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell SkillBee’s skill development programs and placement services
Reach out to potential clients, including educational institutions, job seekers, and corporate entities
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Achieve sales targets and report progress to management

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and a vernacular language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the education and job industry is an advantage
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Sales experience is a plus
